Terms and Conditions

1. Participants must be over 18 years of age to register. AMS GmbH reserves the right to ask for proof of age from any partcipant.

2. AMS GmbH has the right to restart a week round at any time without the need of providing explanation. In this case no claim is admitted of any participant regarding the week prize.

2. AMS GmbH has the right to exclude any participant at any time without the need of providing explanation. In this case no claim is admitted of the excluded participant regarding the week prize.

3. Every participant is restricted to administer only one bet5.net account at a time.

4. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
